The Dabba are a small tribe living in Adamawa state between the villages Mubi and Bahuli in Nigeria and there is a group living in Cameroon.

These beautiful crafted ivory Ekpoga statues represents the eyes of the people of the society. It helps the blind ones with opening their eyes. If someone is blind
a black goat must be sacrified while praying and sitting face to face with the statue until the goat dies.
